Urgent job alerts, 24 hours
When a call is urgent, Elena takes the name and address, marks the message urgent and alerts your team the moment the call ends: a call, a text and an email at once. The text goes only to you, the owner; your staff get the email and the call. If no one accepts within 3 minutes, she moves to the next person on your team, in the order you choose, until one person accepts. If there’s danger (gas, fire or smoke), she tells the caller to hang up and call 911. Alerts to your team are included in the 7-day trial; afterwards they’re billed separately.

Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays yours. You turn on conditional call forwarding and only the calls you don’t answer go to Elena.
How do I find out about appointments?
Every new appointment reaches you by email, and by text or WhatsApp if you choose.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add your card to start, and the first charge comes when the trial ends, unless you cancel before: if you cancel during the trial, you aren’t charged anything. During those 7 days you can use up to 60 minutes. Your card isn’t charged during the free trial. The first charge is on day 8, unless you cancel before, in your panel: Account → Billing.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel from your panel → Account → Billing or by writing to [email protected], and the service runs until the end of the month you already paid (on the yearly plan, until the end of the year you already paid, and it doesn’t renew); you won’t be charged again, except for extra minutes already used. Amounts already charged aren’t refunded.
What if I use more minutes than my plan includes?
Each extra minute is billed at your plan’s rate: $0.25 on every plan.
