Zolteva Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Zolteva Solutions is a fictitious name registered in Florida (No. G26000135944) of TRADINGUPANDSONS LLC ("Zolteva", "we"), a Florida limited liability company based in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States. Zolteva provides an AI phone receptionist for small businesses (the "Service"). The receptionist, which we call "Elena", answers the calls a business does not pick up, books appointments and notifies the business owner by email and, if the owner chooses, by text message (SMS) or on WhatsApp.
Mailing address: 18120 Northwest 42nd Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33055.
Contact: operations@zolteva.com.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to ask us to access or delete it. It applies to two kinds of people:
- Business Customers — the owner or person who signs a business up for Zolteva on our website. Business Customers are our customers.
- Callers — people who call a Business Customer's phone and speak with Elena.
2. Information we collect from Business Customers
When you sign up on our website, you give us the following information. "Required" means the form will not continue without it.
| Information | Where we ask for it | Required? |

If you choose text messages, also the cell number for them and your express consent, which you give by checking a separate box that is not checked by default (see Section 6) | Step 2; if you sign up by telling Elena about your business, she asks you and the consent box is on the review screen before payment | Email is the default; text messages are optional. Text alerts are active: the phone carriers approved our messaging registration on October 13, 2026. If you chose text messages and gave your permission, your appointment alerts reach you by SMS as well as by email. We use that cell number to send you the text messages described in Section 6 |

| Plan (minutes per month) | Step 6 "Plan" | Required |
| Your acceptance of the Terms of Service and of the payment terms shown to you, with the date and time (UTC) you accepted and the version of the text you accepted | Step 7 "Summary" | Required |
Describing your business to Elena in your own words (optional). During sign-up you can describe your business in your own words, by typing or dictating, on the screen where you "tell Elena" about it. What you type or dictate on that screen is sent to an outside artificial-intelligence provider (OpenRouter (Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude)), to fill in your business profile in the sign-up form. You do not have to use it: you can skip it and fill in the form by hand. Do not type or dictate there any information about your customers, or any payment information (such as card numbers).
Giving us your business website (optional). During sign-up you can give us the address of your business website instead of describing your business yourself. If you do, we read that one page, once, to prepare your receptionist: we download its public text and send that text to an outside artificial-intelligence provider (OpenRouter (Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude)) to fill in your business profile (name, trade, address, services, hours and business phone, when the page shows them). That public text can include information about other people, such as the names of employees or customer reviews, and it is sent to that provider too. We do not change anything on your website, we do not log in to it, and, apart from the technical logs described in Section 8, we do not keep the address or a copy of the page: we keep only the resulting profile, which you see on screen and can correct before you pay. We count requests per IP address to limit abuse; those counters are deleted after about one day (see “Technical information” below). If you would rather not use this, skip it and tell Elena about your business, or fill in the form by hand.
Finding your business on Google (optional). During sign-up you can search for your business by name instead of describing it yourself. What you type in that search box, and the business you pick, are sent from our servers to Google (Google Maps Platform, Places API) to find your business and the address of its website. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not send Google your email, your payment details or anything else from your sign-up. From Google we receive the list of matching businesses, which we only show you, labelled “Google Maps”, and, for the one you pick, its website address and Google’s identifier for the listing (the “place ID”). We then read that website once, as described in “Giving us your business website”: its public text is sent to an outside artificial-intelligence provider (OpenRouter (Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude)) to fill in your business profile. Your business profile comes from your website, not from Google. We keep the place ID; we do not keep what you typed, the list of businesses or the website address. We count requests per IP address to limit abuse; those counters are deleted after about one day (see “Technical information” below). If you would rather not use this, skip it and tell Elena about your business, or fill in the form by hand.
We also create or receive the following when you sign up:
- Information we derive from your answers: your receptionist's primary language (Spanish if you choose the Spanish greeting, English otherwise) and your business time zone. Today every business is set to US Eastern Time (America/New_York).
- Payment information. You enter your card directly on the secure checkout page of our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We give Stripe your email address so that it appears on the checkout page. Stripe tells us whether the payment or trial was set up and gives us a payment reference and the references of your Stripe customer record and subscription, which we keep.
- Account and service records: an internal sign-up reference, the status of your sign-up and when it was started, paid and completed, the identifier of the receptionist we set up for you, the phone number we assign to your receptionist, your minutes used, and the appointments, call records and notifications described in Section 3.
- Technical information: a random one-time code and a fingerprint of your answers that together prevent duplicate sign-ups if you press "Continue" twice. To limit abuse, our sign-up server counts the requests that come from each IP address (for example, how many sign-up attempts in one minute); these counters are deleted periodically, after about one day. Like most websites, our web servers and our hosting and network providers also keep technical access logs, which can include your IP address, your browser type, the page requested and the date and time. See Section 8 for how long we keep them.
Customer panel. After sign-up you can open your panel with your email address and a password, or with a link we email you (the link works once and expires in 15 minutes). You choose your password in the panel. We store it only as an irreversible hash (with a random salt unique to your account), never the password itself, so we do not know it and cannot recover it: if you forget it, open the panel with the emailed link and set a new one (setting a new password signs out your other sessions). From the panel you can see your information and change the options it offers you at any given time: today, how often you want the email summary (a mailing we have not started yet) and your password; and, when they become available on your account, your services, your business hours and Elena's options (greeting language, voice, appointments at the same time, and whether you go to your customers). We keep a record of each change made there (what was changed, the previous value, the new value and when), so that you can undo it and so that we can give you support. We also keep a hash of the link and of your session (not the link or the cookie itself), the list of the calls Elena answered for your business (when each one started, how long it lasted, whether it ended in an appointment, a message or no appointment, and the last four digits of the caller's number; not the transcript), and your minutes used in each billing month. Section 10 describes the panel's session cookie.
Google Calendar (optional). From your panel you can connect your Google Calendar, and you can disconnect it from the same place at any time. If you connect it, Google shows you a consent screen and we ask for two permissions:
- "View your availability in your calendars" (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy). With it we receive only the times when you are busy (a start and an end) in your primary calendar for the next 14 days. We do not read the titles, descriptions, locations, attendees or any other content of your events. We use these times only so that Elena does not offer appointments when you are already busy.
- "Make secondary Google calendars, and see, create, change, and delete events on them" (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.app.created). With it we create one secondary calendar in your Google account, named "Zolteva · Elena appointments" (or "Zolteva · Citas de Elena"), and write there the appointments that Elena books for your business. When an appointment is moved or cancelled, we update or delete its event. Each event contains the service, the name and phone number the customer gave, and the start and end time with your business time zone, and nothing else. This permission does not let us read or change your other calendars or the events in them, and we do not.
You can grant only the first permission. In that case Elena still avoids your busy times (read-only), and we create no calendar and write nothing to your Google account.
We keep: an encrypted token that lets us keep asking Google for your busy times; those busy times for the next 14 days, which we refresh every 5 minutes; and the identifiers of the calendar we created and of the events we wrote in it, so that we can update or delete them. We store no content of your own events, because we never receive it. When you disconnect from your panel, we ask Google to revoke the permissions and we delete the token, the saved busy times, the identifiers and the list of appointments waiting to be written; if Google does not confirm the revocation, we delete them anyway, and the panel tells you that you can remove the permission yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The calendar we created stays in your Google account, with the appointments already written in it, because it is yours: you can delete it in Google Calendar. If Google stops accepting the permission (for example, because you removed it), we delete the saved busy times, stop reading and writing, and keep the token and the identifiers only until you disconnect. We do not use this information for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not share it with anyone other than the infrastructure provider named in Section 7 that hosts our servers (Microsoft Azure). Zolteva's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Calendar subscription link (optional). From your panel you can also create a read-only calendar link (iCalendar) to see Elena's appointments in your own calendar app. For each confirmed appointment, the link shows its time, the service and the customer's name (never the phone number or any note), plus the times you have blocked and the reason, if you wrote one. Anyone who has the link can see this, so do not share it with people who should not. We keep only a fingerprint of the link, not the link itself; you can regenerate it or remove it from your panel, and the old link stops working.
Help chat on our website. Any visitor can write to the help chat on our home page. What you type in the chat is sent to an outside artificial-intelligence provider (OpenRouter (Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude)) to draft the reply; our servers do not keep the conversation: they only count messages per IP address to limit abuse and record the cost of each reply. If you leave a message for the team, we keep what you type in the form (your name, your business name if you give it, your phone number, your email if you give it and what you need) and email it to operations@zolteva.com. Do not type payment details or passwords in the chat.
3. Information we collect about Callers
When someone calls a Business Customer and the call reaches Elena, we collect:
- The caller's phone number (caller ID) and the date, time and length of the call.
- We do not keep the audio of the call. The caller's voice is used only while the call lasts, so that Elena can understand and answer, book the appointment and take a message for the business; no recording is kept.
- A written transcript of the call, produced automatically, and a record of what happened on the call (for example, when it started, when it ended and whether an appointment was booked).
- What the caller tells Elena, which may include their name, the service they need, a preferred date and time, and any other details they choose to share.
- The appointment, if one is booked: date, time, service and the contact details the caller gives.
- Your answer to the text-confirmation question, if Elena asks it: whether you agreed to receive the appointment confirmation by text, the number, the date and time, and the line of the transcript where you said yes (see Section 6, "Appointment confirmations for callers").
Callers do not create an account with Zolteva. We process caller information to provide the Service to the Business Customer they called.
If the Business Customer has connected its Google Calendar with the permission to write, the appointment (the service, the name and phone number the caller gave, and the time) is also written to a calendar in that business's own Google account (see Section 2).
People who message Elena on WhatsApp. If you message the Zolteva WhatsApp number, usually from the link or QR code of a business that uses Elena on WhatsApp, Elena (an artificial-intelligence virtual assistant, not a person) replies on that business's behalf.
- What we receive. The messages you send, your phone number, and the date and time of each message. If you book an appointment, the service, the time, and the name and phone number you give. Elena reads text and shared locations; she does not process other kinds of messages (images, voice notes, stickers) and answers that she cannot read them.
- What we use it for. Only to hold that conversation, to book, change or cancel your appointment, to write it on the business's calendar, and so the business can see the appointment in its panel. We do not use your messages or phone number for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not share them between businesses. Elena does not accept card numbers or passwords: a message that looks like one is not passed on to the language model.
- Who processes it. Meta Platforms, Inc. carries the messages (WhatsApp Business Platform) and handles its own data under its own policy. To write Elena's replies, the text of the conversation is sent to OpenRouter, our outside artificial-intelligence provider, which passes it to a large language model from a third-party provider (currently Anthropic).
- How long we keep it. The conversation (the text of the messages Elena and you exchanged, so she can follow it) stays on our server for up to 48 hours after your last message and is then deleted; a conversation is treated as live for 6 hours. We remember which business you last wrote to, so you do not have to use the link again, for up to 12 months (the record is deleted after 400 days without messages), and the appointment you booked here, so you can cancel it by message, for 90 days. Our logs of this service record events with an irreversible fingerprint of your number, not your number or your messages. The appointment itself is kept like any other appointment (Section 8).
- How to ask for deletion. Write to operations@zolteva.com from the phone number you used (or tell us how to find your messages), or ask the business. We answer within 45 days (Section 9).
4. How we use information
We use personal information only to:
- Set up and run your receptionist — using your business name, trade, services, hours, how many appointments you can take at the same time, whether you go to your customers, voice and greeting so Elena can answer calls for your business. If you describe your business in your own words during sign-up, we use that description to fill in your business profile (see Section 2).
- Answer calls and WhatsApp messages, book appointments and notify you — including sending you appointment alerts by email and, if you chose text messages and gave your consent, by SMS and, if you turn it on, on WhatsApp.
- Help you connect your phone — using your carrier, or the fact that your line is a landline, to show and email you the right call-forwarding steps.
- Bill you — through Stripe, according to your plan, trial and minutes used.
- Provide support and contact you about your account — for example, to tell you your receptionist's phone number or to help you finish setting up call forwarding.
- Keep the Service working, secure and lawful — detecting misuse, fixing errors, keeping records we need for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and responding to lawful requests.
- Train and improve Elena — using call transcripts, with names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses removed, to train Elena and correct her mistakes and her scripts, as described in Section 5.
5. Calls answered by Elena: AI and transcription (no audio recording)
- Elena is an artificial-intelligence system, not a person. She uses automatic speech recognition, a language model and a synthetic voice.
- Calls answered by Elena are transcribed; they are not recorded. Zolteva keeps the written transcript (produced automatically) and the call record, on our servers in Microsoft Azure (Central US, Iowa, United States), and keeps them as described in Section 8. The audio is processed only while the call lasts, so that Elena can understand and speak, through Dograh's voice service (see Section 7), and no audio file is kept.
- Why we keep transcripts:
- To provide the Service to the Business Customer, so that the business owner can look up the call and the appointment.
- To handle incidents, for example if an appointment was booked incorrectly or a caller or the Business Customer reports a problem with a call.
- To train and improve Elena, as described below.
- Call transcripts and how we use them. We transcribe calls only for two purposes: to provide the Service (the business owner sees the conversation in their panel and receives the appointment) and to train and improve Elena. We do not use them for anything else: we do not sell them, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not give them to third parties so that those third parties can train their own models. Before a transcript is used to train Elena, we remove names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses from it. We keep transcripts for 90 days from the call (Section 8). We do not keep the audio.
- What Elena says at the start of a call: Elena introduces herself as the business's virtual assistant and asks how she can help: "Hello, this is Elena, the virtual assistant for (business name). How can I help you?" (in Spanish: «Hola, soy Elena, la asistente virtual de (nombre del negocio). ¿En qué puedo ayudarle?»). She does not say that the call is recorded, because the audio is not kept. The Business Customer chooses the language of the greeting (English, Spanish, or English and switching to Spanish when the caller speaks it). During the call, Elena answers in the language the caller speaks and switches on her own, without the caller having to ask.
- Elena may make mistakes when understanding a caller or booking an appointment. Business Customers are responsible for reviewing their appointments (see our Terms of Service).
6. SMS / Text messages and WhatsApp
- Program name: Zolteva appointment alerts, a text-message program of Zolteva Solutions (a fictitious name of TRADINGUPANDSONS LLC).
- Status: Text alerts are active: the phone carriers approved our messaging registration on October 13, 2026. If you chose text messages and gave your permission, your appointment alerts reach you by SMS as well as by email. What follows describes how the program works.
- Who sends the messages: Zolteva Solutions (a fictitious name of TRADINGUPANDSONS LLC).
- Who receives them: the Business Customer (business owner), at the cell number they enter for text alerts when signing up, only if they choose text messages as a way to receive appointment alerts and check the box agreeing to receive them. We text the people who call only under the separate program described below ("Appointment confirmations for callers"), and only if they ask for it during the call.
- What we send: alerts about new appointments that Elena books for your business, plus messages that confirm your enrollment or answer the keywords STOP and HELP.
- How often: message frequency varies with your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will send no further text messages. After that, you will not receive appointment alerts by text message. If you also chose email, your alerts will keep arriving by email. If text messages were your only channel, write to operations@zolteva.com to receive your alerts by email instead.
- For help: reply HELP to any message or write to our customer support at operations@zolteva.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. At sign-up you choose how to receive your appointment alerts — by email, by text message or both — and you can choose email only. You will receive alerts by the channel or channels you choose.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Our Terms of Service (section 11) describe the program in full.
- Appointment confirmations for callers (separate program). Program name: Zolteva appointment confirmations. Status: it starts when the phone carriers approve its registration; until then callers receive no texts. Who receives them: a person who calls a business that uses Elena, books an appointment and says yes when Elena asks whether to text the confirmation to the number they are calling from. What we send: one confirmation (business name, service, date and time, and a link on zolteva.com to cancel) and, if the appointment is cancelled or changed, one more message; plus replies to STOP and HELP. Always our own templates, on behalf of the business called; never advertising. How often: up to 2 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. To stop: reply STOP. For help: reply HELP or write to operations@zolteva.com. Saying yes is not a condition of booking. Proof of consent: we keep the number, the date and time, the version of the question Elena asked and the line of the call transcript where you said yes (we do not keep call audio, Section 5). Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not give your number to the business for any purpose other than your appointment.
- Urgent job alerts (separate program). Program name: Zolteva urgent job alerts. Who receives them: the Business Customer and staff members of the Business Customer who personally opted in on our web form; staff who did not opt in get email only. What we collect: the staff member's name, mobile number and email (given by the Business Customer or by the staff member), the date, time, method and text of their opt-in, and their opt-outs. What we send: alerts that a caller asked for urgent service from that business (caller's first name, type of problem, general area and call-back number) and that the job was taken; plus the opt-in confirmation and replies to STOP and HELP. Never advertising. When: at any hour. How often: varies with urgent requests. Message and data rates may apply. To stop: reply STOP, say so on an alert call, or ask the business to remove you; we stop right away. For help: reply HELP or write to operations@zolteva.com. Retention: opt-in and opt-out records are kept while the account is active and for 4 years after it ends, to prove consent. This program is not an emergency service; anyone in danger should call 911. No mobile information, opt-in data or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- WhatsApp alerts (optional). Only if you turn them on by sending our line the message with your business's code. We keep the WhatsApp number you wrote from, the date and time, the text of that message and the version of the text you agreed to. We use that number only to send you your new-appointment alerts.
- What WhatsApp receives. To deliver each alert, Meta receives your number and the content of the alert: your business name, the service, the time, and your customer's name and phone.
- Delivery status. WhatsApp tells us whether each alert was sent, delivered, read or failed. We keep that to know it reached you and to reach you another way if it did not.
- To remove WhatsApp alerts: reply STOP or BAJA to any alert, or remove them in your panel's Settings.
- We do not share your WhatsApp number or your consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. The only information we share for advertising is the website activity that the Meta Pixel collects on our public website and sign-up page (Section 10). Some state privacy laws may call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising", and Section 10 explains how to turn it off.
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for the task they do for us:
| Provider | What they do for us | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Twilio | Phone lines, call routing and text messages (SMS) | Phone numbers, call audio as it passes through the network, call details and the text of SMS messages |
| Dograh | Elena's voice service: its software runs on our Microsoft Azure servers and uses Dograh's model service (speech recognition, language model and synthetic voice) to understand the caller, decide what Elena answers and generate her voice | Call audio while it is processed, transcripts and call records, your business details used to configure Elena |
| Stripe | Payments, plan changes from your panel (Account → Billing) and the free trial | Your card and billing information (entered directly with Stripe), your email address, payment status |
| Resend | Sending emails: appointment alerts and sign-up emails (your receptionist's number, call-forwarding steps, the panel sign-in link) | Your email address and the content of the email |
| Microsoft Azure | Hosting of our servers, where the voice software runs and transcripts, call records and other data are stored | All the information described in this policy |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and delivery of our website, and protection of our sign-up server | IP address and technical information of website visitors |
| OpenRouter (Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude) | Turning the description of your business that you type or dictate during sign-up, or the public text of your business website, if you give us its address, into your business profile, drafting the replies of the help chat on our website, and writing Elena's replies to a business's customers on WhatsApp | What you type or dictate on that sign-up screen; the public text of the web page you point us to, which can include information about other people such as employee names or customer reviews; what you type in the help chat; and, where a business uses Elena on WhatsApp, the text of the messages its customers send to Elena |
| Google (Google Maps Platform, Places API), only if you use the search box | To find your business and the address of its website during sign-up | What you type in the search box and the business you pick; the IP address Google sees is our server’s, not yours |
| Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) | Delivery of appointment alerts on WhatsApp, when you turn them on; and carrying the WhatsApp messages between a business's customers and Elena, and the messages you send to our line | Phone numbers, the content of each alert (business, service, time, your customer's name and phone), the messages exchanged and delivery status |
| Google (Google Calendar), only if you connect it | Tells us when you are busy and, if you grant the second permission, holds in your own Google account the calendar where Elena writes your appointments | The start and end of your busy times; and, for each appointment written to your calendar, the service, the customer's name and phone number and the time |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising measurement on zolteva.com and alta.zolteva.com (Meta Pixel), under Meta's own terms | See Section 10 |
| Microsoft Corporation (Azure) | Hosting of our own server, including our website analytics (Umami) | See Section 10 |
| Google Workspace | Our email mailbox (operations@zolteva.com), where we also receive the messages left in the help chat | The emails you send us and their contents, your email address and the chat messages |
To do these tasks for us, Dograh may in turn use other providers.
Mobile information and SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may also disclose information:
- To the Business Customer, in the case of caller information (transcripts, appointments and the other call details for calls made to that business).
- When required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Zolteva, our customers or others.

9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to operations@zolteva.com from the email address on your account (or explaining how we can find your information). We will verify your identity before acting on the request and will answer within 45 days. We may keep information we are required to keep by law.
- Callers can ask the business they called, or write to us at operations@zolteva.com with the phone number they called from and the approximate date of the call.
- SMS. If you chose text messages, reply STOP to stop them at any time and HELP for help, or write to operations@zolteva.com.
- WhatsApp. If you turned on WhatsApp alerts, reply STOP or BAJA to any alert, or remove them in your panel's Settings. If you wrote to Elena on WhatsApp as a customer of a business, see "People who message Elena on WhatsApp" above to ask for deletion.
- Email. We only send emails about your account and the Service, such as appointment alerts, sign-up and call-forwarding steps, the panel sign-in link and billing. We do not send marketing emails.
- Customer panel. You can sign out of the panel at any time with "Sign out".
10. Information stored on your device, cookies, website analytics and advertising
While you fill in the sign-up form, your browser saves your answers on your own device (in the browser's local storage), so nothing is lost if the page reloads. This draft is deleted from the device when the sign-up is completed. If the sign-up is not completed, it stays on the device until you clear your browser's data. If you fill in the form on someone else's device, your answers are saved on that device.
During payment, the browser also keeps a temporary sign-up reference for that browser tab.
Our website remembers the language you choose (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage.
The customer panel uses a single first-party session cookie ("zolteva_panel"): it is created when you sign in with the link from your email, it is used only to keep your session open for 30 days, it is sent only to the panel itself (Path=/panel), it cannot be read by scripts (HttpOnly), it travels only over encrypted connections (Secure) and it is not used for tracking or shared with third parties; it is deleted when you click "Sign out". Our network provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security. The checkout page is run by Stripe, which may use its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics (Umami). Since October 28, 2026, our public website (zolteva.com) and our sign-up page (alta.zolteva.com) use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we run on our own cloud server, hosted by Microsoft Azure. Umami does not use cookies and does not store your IP address in our analytics records. It records the pages you visit, the page that referred you, your browser, operating system and type of device, your approximate location (country and region), and the steps you take in our sign-up process. To count visits without cookies, it briefly uses your IP address and browser information to create a code that changes every month; the IP address itself is not saved in our analytics records. We use Umami only to understand how many people visit our website and complete sign-up, and to improve our pages. We do not sell this information, we do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not use it to identify you. We keep it for 12 months and then delete it.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). Since October 28, 2026, zolteva.com and alta.zolteva.com also use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), the company that runs Facebook and Instagram. We do not use it in the customer panel, and it is not on the payment page, which is run by Stripe.
Why we use it. To measure visits and sign-ups that come from our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to improve our ads, including showing them to people who have visited our website and to people with similar interests.
Cookies and what it collects. The Meta Pixel uses cookies: a cookie set on our website and, if you have them, Meta's own cookies. When a page with the pixel loads, code from Meta runs in your browser and sends Meta the address of the page and of the page that referred you; technical information that travels with any web request, such as your IP address and information about your browser and device; the identifiers stored in those cookies; and a short label for what happened: a page view ("PageView"), a request to start the free trial or get information ("Lead"), going to payment ("InitiateCheckout"), or completing sign-up ("CompleteRegistration"). Meta's code may also see the labels of buttons you click and the names of form fields (such as "email"), but not what you type in them. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, business details, payment details or anything you type in our forms, and we have turned off Meta's "automatic advanced matching". We do not send Meta anything from our servers (we do not use Meta's Conversions API), and we never send Meta anything about calls, WhatsApp messages, contacts or appointments handled by Elena.
What Meta does with it. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account, if you have one. It uses it to give us measurement reports and to deliver and target ads, and also for its own purposes, such as personalizing the ads and content it shows you and improving its products. Meta and other companies may also collect information about you from other websites and apps through similar tools. Under Meta's terms, Meta may keep this information for up to two years. Meta's use is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/) and the Meta Cookies Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/).
How to turn it off. You can do any of the following, and our website will keep working the same way:
- In your Facebook or Instagram account, use Meta's ad settings and the setting "Your activity off Meta technologies" to disconnect past activity from your account, turn off future activity and limit ads based on activity from other websites (https://www.facebook.com/help/2207256696182627).
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.
- Use the Digital Advertising Alliance's choice tool at http://www.aboutads.info/choices.
- Write to us at operations@zolteva.com and we will tell you what we have done.
Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control browser signals.
We do not load the Meta Pixel for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
Cookies. On our public website (zolteva.com) and on the sign-up page (alta.zolteva.com), the only cookies are those of the Meta Pixel, which are used for advertising and are described above. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies in the customer panel. We also remember on your device whether you have closed our cookie notice.
Other tools. Other than Umami and the Meta Pixel described in this section, we do not use analytics, advertising or marketing pixels or trackers on our website.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Minimum age
The Service is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through our website. Callers of any age may call a Business Customer; we do not ask callers their age.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify Business Customers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last updated" date above.
